ZYH Series Surface Blackbody Source

The ZYH Series Surface Blackbody Source is designed for infrared imaging calibration systems. Combined with infrared collimation optics and infrared targets, it can be used for infrared optical axis alignment, thermal imaging system testing, and imaging performance evaluation.

Featuring PID automatic temperature control, the system provides stable thermal radiation output, high emissivity, and reliable temperature uniformity for various infrared testing applications.

It is suitable for infrared imaging R&D, laboratory testing, industrial inspection, and scientific research applications.

Surface Blackbody Source

Features

High Emissivity Radiation Surface：The emissivity of the radiation surface is ≥0.95, providing a stable infrared radiation reference source.
PID Automatic Temperature Control：PID-based temperature control ensures stable operation and improved testing repeatability.
Stable Thermal Performance：Temperature stability is maintained within the greater of 0.15°C or 0.15% of the source temperature over 10 minutes.
Excellent Temperature Uniformity：Temperature uniformity within the central 2/3 radiation area is maintained within the greater of 0.2°C or 0.2% of the source temperature.
Multiple Configuration Options：Different center-height configurations are available for compatibility with various infrared optical testing platforms.
