Compared to the OptiCentric® series, the new OptiCentric® 101 offers improvements in terms of accuracy and efficiency:
① Measurement of the centre deviation of the lens set
The accuracy of the rotating bearing is a key factor in centre deviation measurement. The new OptiCentric® 101 offers positioning accuracy and thus advantages for both the measurement of lenses and lens gluing using multi-lens set software and the SmartAlign module.
②Lens gluing
The new OptiCentric® 101 improves the measurement accuracy of single lenses and offers advantages for calibrating lenses
③ Increased efficiency
The new OptiCentric® 101's measurement pitches move faster, reducing measurement time and increasing efficiency, which is an advantage for batch testing
The effect of vignetting is minimised by moving the self-collimator on the axis.
The self-collimator is fixed on top of the moving axis. This approach will effectively reduce the influence caused by the straightness of the guide rails and help to better determine the azimuth angle, e.g. for the measurement of a cylindrical mirror.
