The AF Testing System provides testing of Auto Focus time and precision (repeatability) for cameras with Auto Focus capability, with the option of automatic or manual testing systems. The system includes a LED exposure time and frame rate tester for accurate timing, a quick-switching device for near-focus cards (chessboard or withered leaf test cards), with two optical sensors to detect the switching time at a speed of 50-100ms. It also includes automatic control software to control the synchronization of smartphone photography, nearfocus card switching, and exposure time testing. The system also features image analysis software, which analyzes images or videos captured by smartphones to determine AF focus time, and includes imatest for zoom clarity accuracy testing. Optional accessories include a simulated finger press control module, a video analysis module for singleframe exposure time, frame rate, dropped frames, stuttering, and audio/video synchronization, and an interference card motion device for testing the interference of edge objects on center focus.
