Cameras are used in a variety of life scenarios, from mobile consumer electronics to road security cameras, automotive cameras and more... In many applications the requirements for camera stability are very high, whether the camera can function properly in the winter in extremely cold environments, or even in extreme environments such as the North and South Poles or volcanic craters, it is still necessary to ensure that the camera can work properly in imaging, so high and low temperature testing is a very important part of the camera in the reliability and stability testing.
In the current common high and low temperature testing techniques, the test product is usually placed in a constant temperature chamber, set the temperature link to be verified, and then removed to the normal environment to test whether the product can function properly after the product has been placed in the equipment for a certain period of time. This test method can only verify whether the product can operate after the high and low temperature environment, but cannot really test whether the product can operate normally in the high and low temperature real time environment.
ColorSpace has developed and launched a high and low temperature real time test system CS-TTB and a test method for this purpose.
