There are five key functional requirements for security surveillance cameras: automatic gain control, automatic white balance adjustment, back-light compensation, day & night mode and electronic shutter. This is also an important performance indicator for IP Camera.

Test Software Advantages

The software is divided into mainly two parts, Master and Ultimate. The Master version can be used for the R&D testing, is a robust analysis tool to help you measure any and every image quality factor of your camera system. The Ultimate version combines Master and IT, an automated production line testing version, and is a cost-effective solution for customers who manage R&D and production testing. The Imatest IS version enables real-time image analysis and an interface to the IP camera, making image quality analysis of security cameras more convenient.

Common Test Equipment's	Testing Software and Test Charts
LE001 Reflective Lighting Source It is use for reflective test charts and commonly used to test the multiple factors like distortion, auto white balance, resolution and other parameters too.	Imatest Testing Software It is used to analyze a series of image quality parameters, and supports a variety of test charts and international test standards.
CS-LE007 Reflective Lighting High quality light source，2800K-10000K range, is used for the analysis of reflective test charts. It is also often used to analyze the color reduction, automatic white balance, distortion, resolution and other parameters for imaging systems.	Dynamic Range Test Chart This test Chart is made of with high-precision LVT film material. It has a very good specifics and extremely low noise as well as a wide dynamic range.
Modular Test Chart Mounting Systems The neutral grey center panel is a necessary equipment in imaging test as a benchmark for automatic camera balance and exposure. It is divided into manual and automatic configurations. It also offers the greatest efficiency and versatility of any chart mounting system.	ISO 15739 Noise Test Chart This 15-patch grayscale step chart has 12 of the patches in a somewhat elliptical arrangement on the periphery and three in an inside row. It is supported by the Imatest Stepchart, Multicharts and ColorTest modules and fully supports automated region detection.
LE005 Series Transmissive Light Box This light source is used to test Shading and Color-Shading with a color temperature range of 2800K-6500K, AWB, AE and Flicker. It can also be used to test the resolution and sharpness.	eSFR Resolution Test Chart E-SFR Sharpness test charts are used to test the sharpness of image and other multiple factors.
Exposure Time and Frame Rate Test System It is used to test the exposure time of the camera and the frame rate of the video, and display the brightness uniformity of the test environment, color temperature and other parameters.	TC021 Color Test Chart Color test charts are used to analyze the color accuracy, white balance, color saturation, signal to noise ratio(SNR) and other parameters.
Audio and Video Synchronization This device is used to test the time lag between audio and video signals in different AV systems.	Wide FOV and Low Light Test CS-LWB2 can test wide FOV camera up to 270 degree, the dimmable feature can reach 0.001lux~0.00001lux illuminance. Both resolution chart and color checker are supported.
