The medical industry uses imaging technology in many ways, such as endoscopes, pill cameras, head-mounted cameras, and so on. Therefore, the quality testing of image products is also essential. Medical cameras are often used to capture smaller objects, so small size test cards are used, usually with transmissive light sources. In some cases, uniform reflection light sources or light boxes are also used to analyze color. Angular resolution, viewing angle, effective depth of field, color resolution, color reproduction and distortion are the test parameters that are often concerned.
