Camera testing solutions for the medical imaging industry

The medical industry uses imaging technology in many ways, such as: endoscopes, pill cameras, head-mounted cameras, etc. Therefore quality testing of imaging products is also essential. Medical cameras are often used to capture smaller objects, so small test cards are used, usually with a transmitted light source. In some cases, a uniform reflective light source or light box is also used to analyze color. Resolution, OECF, dynamic range, color reproduction and noise are all parameters that are often looked at for testing purposes.

100,000 Lux Standard Light Source This source has an illumination of more than 100,000 lux and is used to test wide dynamic range testing of greater light applications with the use of 120dB or 150dB dynamic range test chart.	36-Patch Dynamic Range Test Charts These targets have 36 low-noise density patches and density ranges exceeding 50dB, 100dB and 150dB. The three options fulfill needs for Low, Wide, and Ultra-High Dynamic Range systems.
LE005 Transmissive Lighting Source The illumination of this light source maximum can reach 20,000 lux, color temperature range is 2800K-6800K. By adjusting different transmission test charts, can analyze resolution, color, dynamic range, distortion, brightness/color uniformity.	Micro Color Test Chart This is a professional grade miniaturized target made in cooperation with Munsell Color Services from the same pigmented color paints as the discontinued Mini ColorChecker but at about 1/3 the size. The shooting distance and FOV is very small.
Shpherical Light Source Spherical light sources can be used to test the brightness and uniformity of super wide-angle cameras and panoramic cameras. The maximum FOV is over 270~300 degrees and it can be customize as well.	Transmissive Test Chart This 24-patch color target can be used for evaluating the color accuracy of imaging systems which require the use of a backlight. We can analyze the color accuracy, white balance, color saturation, signal-to-noise ratio, and more factors using this test chart.
	Micro Multi Slide Dot Pattern and Checkerboard Test Chart A glass target produced with low-density chrome at a 10:1 contrast ratio. This high precision test chart allows testing of high-resolution close range cameras at multiple object distances and enables the precise measurement of sharpness, distortion and chromatic aberration.
