OptiCentric®  BondingStation 5D | Fully automatic optical lens centring and assembly system - high precision to global optical lens assembly

TRIOPTICS OptiCentric® BondingStation 5D is a five-degree-of-freedom fully automatic optical lens centring system that automatically measures centre deviation, lens surface radius of curvature and interlens air spacing, and can be used for optical lens mounting and inspection. It is a fully automatic optical lens centring and mounting system that integrates mounting and inspection with five-dimensional adjustment of X, Y, Z, θx and θy. Optional aspherical lens measuring accessories are available, as well as accessories for measuring infrared lenses.

① alignment of the lens in five degrees of freedom within the lens barrel (lens alignment accuracy depends on the sample)
② Positioning accuracy of the system: X / Y / Z < 1μm, θx/θy < 2″
③ Short cycle time < 5min (without dispensing and UV curing)
