The high diffuse reflectance infrared coating is a wideband reflective material engineered for infrared optical systems.

Wideband Reflective Properties:
The coating exhibits outstanding diffuse reflectance across the 0.8–16 μm wavelength range.
According to test data certified by the National Institute of Metrology, China, the diffuse reflectance exceeds 94%, ensuring uniform infrared radiation distribution, reduced measurement error, and improved system accuracy.
High Power Handling Capability:
This coating is suitable for high-power laser applications such as laser spot and power distribution testing.When tested with a 10.6 μm CO₂ laser, it demonstrates a damage threshold of approximately 19.3 J/cm².With effective cooling integration, it can handle up to 5 kW continuous power and a power density of 5 kW/cm², providing excellent thermal stability and durability.
Coating Process & Material Characteristics:
The high diffuse IR coating is produced using a specialized electrochemical gold-plating process designed for efficient infrared diffuse reflection.This process enhances the uniformity of IR radiation and improves the performance and precision of detection systems.The coating provides excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, and long-term reflectivity stability.
Material Compatibility:
The infrared coating can be applied to a wide range of metal substrates such as aluminum, nickel, iron, copper, and tungsten.It ensures strong bonding, surface stability, and is suitable for a variety of infrared optical components and instrument housings.
