Designed and manufactured by TRIOPTICS Germany, the ImageMaster® PRO AR is a high-speed, high-precision measurement system specifically developed for AR lens and waveguide module production. Equipped with a wafer handler, it enables a fully automated workflow for testing the optical performance of waveguides during mass production. Robotic wafer transfer, software-controlled measurement sequences, and compatibility with various wafer carriers ensure exceptional throughput and flexibility.
